The Model 3950 Jackshaft door operator is for
commercial rolling sheet door applications are engineered manufactured and tested to provide reliable service for the toughest commercial applications.
The ideal door operator for your self storage facility, the LiftMaster 3950 provides performance, flexibility, safety and value at an economical price.
Steel door sections are formed from 24 gauge (20 ga. Optional) hot-dipped galvanized steel. Sections are 2-inches thick, with an oven backed two-coat white polyester paint on both the exterior and interior surfaces. End stiles and center stiles are made of 18 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel, pre-painted white to match the color of the section (16 gauge galvanized steel optional). Each section has six pencil grooves and two, 2-inch “U” grooves. The stiles are riveted to the tongue and groove meeting rails and bonded at 8 separate locations to the face of the section with a high impact/tensile strength adhesive.
For clearance & convenience we can convert a bi-fold or slide door to a commercial or residential sectional garage door or barrel door. Add an opener to any of these doors for added convenience.
For the customer with car lifts or that just 
wants maximum height out of their prized garage.
We can use a high lift track to lift straight up the wall or even follow your roof pitch with the track & door to leave you with full ceiling height.
